| "In 2004
I met Phil Peak and Will Bird, via some internet forums. They
posted regularly, and among several other things, their posts
shared a large number of Black Kingsnakes. That caught my eye
since I too have always had an appreciation for L.g.nigra, the Black Kingsnake. However,
living in California I certainly cannot go out and see Black Kingsnakes
on a regular basis, so I continued to watch their posts, emailing
them every once and awhile, chatting alot about Black Kingsnakes.
I soon realized that the information and pictures they were
sharing deserved a website, so I asked if they were interested
in having me as the producer/host.
As friends, and as field herpers
with more than a general interest in L.g.nigra, we bring to you
BlackKingsnake.com."
